Sales Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor at Winemark. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional level of sales and customer relations, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of store products, including wine, and be able to make recommendations to customers.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, promoting products and services to customers.
- Assist with stock control, merchandising, and housekeeping standards, ensuring the store is well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Comply with company regulations, including cash handling and administration procedures.
Requirements
- Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
- Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
