Job Overview

At Winemark, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Advisor to join our team in Strabane. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and assisting the Store Manager in all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • To maintain a high level of product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • To effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • To identify and act on selling opportunities, ensuring maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
  • To maintain a clean and well-organized store environment, adhering to Company standards.
  • To assist with promotional set-up and ensure that stock is controlled and merchandised to Company standards at all times.
  • To ensure the premises are safe and secure, and to comply with Company regulations regarding cash handling and administration.
  • To maintain a professional level of customer service at all times, identifying accurately the needs of internal and external customers, and working to exceed customer expectations.
  • To actively sell to customers, utilizing effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • To demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
  • Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
  • Communication Skills – a proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Customer focused – maintains a professional level of customer service at all times.
  • A good team player with the ability to work in a team environment.
