In this role, you will work closely with individuals who require care and support due to dementia or other mental health needs. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and assessments, as well as providing clinical leadership and supervision to junior colleagues.
About the Role- To provide ongoing support and care to individuals with dementia and other mental health needs.
- To work collaboratively with the Community Mental Health teams to deliver assessment and treatment services.
- To contribute to the development of care plans and interventions tailored to individual needs.
- A post-graduate qualification in a relevant field.
- Significant experience working with people with mental ill health in a community environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £41,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer ongoing training and professional development opportunities, as well as a supportive and collaborative team environment.
