Training and Authorisation Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as an Authorisations and Training Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating certification authorisation records, developing compliance and safety documentation, and providing administrative support to the Director of Compliance and Safety.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement processes for maintaining accurate certification authorisation records.
- Collaborate with the Director of Compliance and Safety to develop and manage compliance and safety documentation.
- Coordinate the maintenance of controlled documents folders, ensuring all relevant documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the archiving of quality documentation, ensuring all historical records are accurately recorded and stored.
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Compliance and Safety, including preparing reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administration function, preferably within the aviation industry.
- Strong understanding of compliance and safety regulations, particularly within the aviation industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Location: Manchester Office.
