Reporting To: Engineering Manager
Zest Engineering has partnered with a leading FMCG company based on the outskirts of Southampton to fill this brand-new role. As a Maintenance Support Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining company assets to ensure they are always operational and efficient.
Working closely with the Engineering Manager, you will provide proactive engineering support, assist in planned maintenance activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct breakdown fault finding and maintenance on production machinery.
- Complete and train others in changeover and setup activities.
- Coordinate and execute planned maintenance activities.
- Complete engineering administration tasks (shift reports, EQMS, CMMS).
- Work closely with operations to monitor and improve production efficiency.
This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about maintaining equipment and ensuring smooth production operations.
