We are seeking a skilled Crime Support Specialist to join our Hampshire & Isle of Wight team, working 37.5 hours per week.

As a Crime Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected by crime.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering safety and support plans for victims of crime
  • Working with volunteer supporters to provide a seamless service to clients
  • Liaising with local providers to share information on our service offer and options for victims and survivors
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential records using our bespoke case management system

Requirements:

  • Understanding of the impact of crime on victims
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of delivering services in a statutory, voluntary or multi-agency setting
  • Ability to balance competing needs and priorities
  • Personal resilience to manage exposure to highly emotional or sensitive demands of the role
