As a Senior Procurement Category Manager at Project People, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to optimize value-for-money and reduce supplier-related risks across Acquisition, Design, Construction & Engineering sub-categories.
Requirements:- Procurement Experience: Significant experience in procurement, sourcing or contract management, with expertise in change management and category sourcing strategies.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure service, quality, value and supply chain security.
- Process Management: Ability to manage procurement processes from inception to contract handover, ensuring compliance with corporate policy.
- Financial Analysis: Ability to track and report on financial benefits and risks associated with procurement initiatives.
The estimated salary for this position is £85,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
