Job Title

As a Senior Commercial Contract Specialist at Cornerstone, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution and management of our key commercial arrangements with major Partners. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure compliance, customer satisfaction, service level agreement (SLA) adherence, and revenue generation for our Power as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Coverage as a Service (CaaS) contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of active contracts with existing key customers and support new business opportunities for PaaS, IaaS, and CaaS solutions.
  • Evaluate contract proposals and provide recommendations aligned with business strategic priorities.
  • Proactively manage contract changes and collaborate with colleagues to optimize commercial performance in existing contracts and new opportunities.
  • Oversee contract implementation, ensuring all deliverables are met according to agreed timelines and specifications.
  • Monitor contract performance against SLAs and identify, manage, and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Manage contract amendments and variations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Resolve disputes and manage contract modifications and renewals.
  • Develop strategies to optimize contract lifecycle management.
Skills and Qualifications

This role requires highly experienced professionals in contract management, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector. Ideal candidates should possess working knowledge of mobile infrastructure landscape and experience in PaaS, IaaS, and CaaS solutions.

To be successful, you must have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build strong relationships and manage customer expectations effectively is also essential.
