The Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our Commercial Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering the successful execution and management of commercial arrangements with major partners.

You will have strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and legal drafting skills. Your ability to build relationships and manage customer expectations will be crucial in this role. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes for Cornerstone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of active contracts with existing customers and support new business opportunities.
  • Evaluate contract proposals and provide recommendations aligned to business strategic priorities.
  • Proactively manage contract change and optimize commercial performance in existing contracts.

You will maintain accurate contract documentation and ensure effective recordkeeping. You will also prepare regular reports on contract performance and revenue generation.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary (£60,000 - £80,000 per annum), excellent bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits package.
