The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a proven track record of driving business change and operational maturity. As a Business Analyst at Southdown, you will support the business to develop business cases and drive the implementation of technological, system, and process changes.

We are looking for an individual who can work closely with our Manager, Digital Solutions, Manager, Organisational Design and Development, and project management team to oversee robust business changes that help deliver Southdown's strategic objectives. You will be a member of our Southdown Planning Forum, working closely alongside our senior leaders to further develop the next stages of our business strategies.

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
