Innovation and Change Management Specialist

We are looking for an Innovation and Change Management Specialist to join our team at Southdown. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for managing key digital projects across the organisation, focusing on system implementations across HR, workforce planning and the recording of client care plans digitally.
The post holder should have knowledge of project management methodology and a technical understanding of digital software and tools.
