Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  2. Work with fresh produce to deliver high-quality, wholesome dishes cooked to the highest standards.
  3. Create a warm, efficient, and fun environment that promotes teamwork and motivation.
  4. Work within budget, ensuring cost-effective menu planning and stock control.
  5. Complete regular audits to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.
  6. Assist in leading and motivating a team of chefs to achieve exceptional results.
