Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with children and young people, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide high-quality care and support to children and young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
  • To maintain a safe and healthy living environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • To develop and implement individualized plans to support children and young people's learning and development.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £12,875.20 pro rata (£27,037.92 FTE) per annum, with a potential to earn up to £16,132.48 with sleep-in shifts. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including:
