Job Title:

Sales and Partnerships Manager

Location:

North America (UK hours)

Salary:

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum, with realistic on-target earnings of £40,000-£45,000

Benefits:

25 days annual leave + bank holidays, pension scheme, plus additional package

Work Schedule:

Three days in office, Knutsford, and two days working from home (with occasional overseas travel)

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones
  • Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Manage client accounts, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly
  • Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of membership
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
  • Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients and represent the organization at industry events
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong ability to analyse market data and identify key trends
  • Experience in technical sales or technology sales is a plus
  • Ability to manage client accounts effectively and build long-term relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Working experience and knowledge of North America would be advantageous
