Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Test and Analysis Specialist to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our Radar Systems group, you will be responsible for supporting and undertaking all aspects of radar cross-section (RCS) trials and analysis.

About the Role
  • Support and undertake RCS trials and analysis to support product development and qualification.
  • Capture measurement specifications and produce test instructions.
  • Participate in fit-for-trial reviews.
  • Undertake laboratory radar signature measurements and associated results analysis and performance reporting.
Requirements
  • Higher education or experience within subject fields: Physics, Electromagnetics, Electrical, or similar.
  • Experience of instrumentation, measurement, analysis, and reporting.
  • Practical hands-on ability to setup hardware in a test environment.
  • Analytical mind-set and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills; verbal, presentation, and written.
  • Professional manner and adaptability when the project needs are evolving.
  • Ability to work to defined deadlines and within budget limits.
  • Ability to work with supervisory support as a team or autonomously as required.
  • Must be willing to undertake the DV security clearance process.
  • Ability to write and maintain codes within MATLAB and/or Python is desirable.
