We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced pharmacist to join our team as a Pharmacy Team Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our pharmacy team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

About the Job

  • You will lead and manage our pharmacy team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • You will develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, working closely with our healthcare partners.
  • You will provide leadership and guidance to our pharmacy colleagues, supporting their development and growth.
  • You will maintain high levels of compliance and efficiency, ensuring that our pharmacy services meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supplying prescriptions and delivering NHS and private services.
  • Providing healthcare advice to customers, ensuring that they receive high-quality care and support.
  • Supporting the development and training of our pharmacy colleagues.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring that our pharmacy services meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • You will have a strong background in pharmacy management, with a degree in pharmacy or a related field.
  • You will be a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and have experience working with vulnerable groups.
  • You will complete a DBS check before employment, ensuring that you meet our strict standards.

What We Offer

  • Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 28 days' holiday, including bank holidays, and a personal day off.
  • Annual bonus up to 20% of annual salary.
