About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at The Entertainer. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining the merchandising of toys to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, prioritizing customers over tasks and ensuring a great shopping experience.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, securely, and efficiently through the till points.
  • Responsible and safely handle and accept deliveries to store, maintaining the stock room areas.
  • Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards.

Working Hours

This is a 12-hour contract, with typical working hours of 4-hour shifts over 3 days. You will need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
