About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at The Entertainer. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, processing sales transactions accurately, and maintaining the merchandising of toys to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, prioritizing customers over tasks and ensuring a great shopping experience.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately through the till points, actively promoting add-ons to customers.
  • Responsible and safely handle and accept deliveries, maintaining the stockroom areas.
  • Maintain the merchandising of toys to company standards.

Working Hours

This is a 12-hour contract, with typical working hours of 4-hour shifts over 3 days. You will need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including outside of normal trading hours, especially during peak periods such as Christmas. However, you will have a guaranteed day off on Sundays, allowing you to spend time with your family and friends.
