Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Management Executive to join our Commercial Corporate Sales Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts, delivering high levels of account management, and developing and growing their business with Lyreco.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To retain and develop your portfolio of clients, ensuring an in-depth understanding of client objectives.
  • To achieve all targets, maintaining the revenue and gross profit of each account, ensuring profitability in line with annual targets, exhausting all additional revenue streams opportunities.
  • Proactively contacting clients to maintain a consistent high level of service delivery, while identifying further new business opportunities.
  • Manage an opportunity pipeline, achieving profitable gross margin across all accounts.
  • Project management of the roll-out of all new contracts and services.
  • Advising on changes and trends in the marketplace and the activities of competitors.
  • Self-motivated to manage own diary, exceeding all given KPIs commercially and behaviourally.

The salary for this role is up to £45k per annum, plus commission, company car, laptop, etc. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, including 31 days holiday, ability to work from home, pension and life assurance scheme, private medical insurance, and more.
