The Youth Development Coordinator will work closely with our team to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and behavioural needs.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN YOUTH DEVELOPMENT OR SIMILAR FIELD

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ABILITY TO WORK WITH DIVERSE GROUPS

">

Ability to manage challenging behaviors calmly and effectively.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
