Wellbeing Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Counselling Graduate to join our team as a Wellbeing Support Specialist.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working closely with experienced colleagues to deliver high-quality support services to employers and individuals.
The 6-month graduate scheme includes comprehensive training and development in areas such as Risk Assessment, Safeguarding Training, and Digital Counselling.
As a Wellbeing Support Specialist, you will have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients, providing telephone and digital counselling services to support their mental health and wellbeing.
The estimated salary for this role is £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements:- Diploma level 4 in Counselling or equivalent qualification
- Membership of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
- Minimum 100 hours of counselling experience
