Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising on the interpretation and drafting of complex commercial contracts.
  • Standardising Whitbread's legal agreements and improving commercial processes.
  • Providing guidance on laws and regulations in advertising and marketing matters.
  • Managing contentious matters, including overseeing small claims.
  • Supporting the Legal Director in compliance and IP portfolio management.

Requirements:
  • Qualified lawyer in England and Wales.
  • Experience in a major commercial law firm or large in-house department.
  • Ability to provide advice on diverse legal agreements and issues.
