About the Role

As a Biostatistician at Pharmiweb, you will work closely with a multi-cultural team that utilizes advanced statistical methods to apply complex and innovative approaches for a broad range of therapeutic areas.

You will be exposed to different therapeutic areas and statistical methodologies, and have the opportunity to support key client partnerships and be involved in business development activities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your expertise to develop and evaluate derived datasets and statistical outputs
  • Participate in quality control of statistical deliverables
  • Provide basic statistical advice and actively contribute to client meetings
  • Be exposed to different therapeutic areas and statistical methodologies
  • Be flexible and potentially work from home or be home-based
  • Develop your knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 12 months of industry (or directly relevant) experience, knowledge in statistics and its applications to clinical trials or observational studies, and SAS programming or R programming skills desirable.

A Master's or Ph.D. level education in biostatistics, statistics, mathematics, or another relevant discipline is preferred.

As a self-reliant, quality-focused individual with the ability to learn quickly and work within a matrixed team, you will be proficient in written and spoken English and have a strong work ethic to promote the development of life-changing treatments for patients.
