Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Computational Biologist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary scientific team, you will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and implementing innovative data analysis strategies to advance our client's ERAP1 inhibitor-driven antigen discovery pipeline.

Main Responsibilities
- Contribute to developing and maintaining high-quality pipelines for processing large-scale mass spectrometry data.
- Define objectives and perform statistical analysis of immunopeptidomics assays.
- Conduct analysis of PRM peptide assays.
- Integrate antigen discovery workflows with transcriptomic and genomic data.

Requirements
- PhD (or equivalent experience) in bioinformatics, immunology, computational biology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning and/or multivariate statistical modeling.
- Expertise in R or Python programming.
- Extensive experience in large-scale bioinformatics analysis of omics data.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $190,000 per year.
