About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Specialist to join our Solutions & Services team at Sharp Electronics Europe. As a key member of our agile team, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end development of cutting-edge solutions, ensuring they transition smoothly from concept to market release.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a robust security architecture based on Zero Trust principles.
  • Lead cross-functional teams with agile methodologies, streamlining product development and fostering collaboration.
  • Engage in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to keep our development environment vibrant and iterative.
  • Turn innovative ideas into actionable plans through technical evaluation and proof of concept.
  • Assist in business planning, contract negotiation, marketing, training, and ongoing product management to bring concepts to market-ready solutions.
  • Support the delivery of new solutions and features, leading training initiatives to ensure successful market entry.
  • Contribute to marketing materials, training guides, and white papers, and collaborate with colleagues in the USA and Japan to develop global strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product development or a related role.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic technical understanding to bridge communication between technical and non-technical team members.
  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
