- Market Launch: Support the delivery of new solutions and features, leading training initiatives to ensure successful market entry.
- Developer Advocacy: Support developer programs around Sharp embedded technologies, Sharp OSA, and Cloud APIs.
- Strategic Collaboration: Contribute to marketing materials, training guides, and white papers, and collaborate with colleagues in the USA and Japan to develop global strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in product development or a related role.
- Project Management: Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Dynamic Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Technical Understanding: Basic technical understanding to bridge communication between technical and non-technical team members.
- Team Management: Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the print industry, business process automation, and user & output management for MFP, IFPD, and LFD devices.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster or PMP).
- Cloud Services: Understanding of Cloud services, internet, network systems, and protocols.
- Zero Trust: Knowledge of Zero Trust Network solutions.
- Product Development: Ability to develop product development and marketing strategies.
