Job Summary:

Sharp Electronics Europe is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Product Development Manager to join our Solutions & Services team. As a key member of our agile team, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end development of cutting-edge solutions, ensuring they transition smoothly from concept to market release.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams with agile methodologies, streamlining product development and fostering collaboration.
  • Engage in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to keep our development environment vibrant and iterative.
  • Assist in business planning, contract negotiation, marketing, training, and ongoing product management to bring concepts to market-ready solutions.
  • Support the delivery of new solutions and features, leading training initiatives to ensure successful market entry.
  • Contribute to marketing materials, training guides, and white papers, and collaborate with colleagues in the USA and Japan to develop global strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product development or a related role.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Bonus Points For:
    • Certified ScrumMaster or PMP.
    • Understanding of Cloud services, internet, network systems, and protocols.
    • Knowledge of Zero Trust Network solutions.
    • Ability to develop product development and marketing strategies.
    • Proficiency in additional European languages.
