About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Matron to lead our Emergency Medicine and Integrated Care team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Matron, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to our nursing and midwifery staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and expertise to nursing and midwifery staff in Emergency Medicine and Integrated Care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and experience in Emergency Medicine and Integrated Care.
- Lead and manage a team of nursing and midwifery staff in Emergency Medicine and Integrated Care.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless care and services for patients.
- Ensure compliance with Trust policies and procedures, and national guidelines and standards.
