Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and expertise to nursing and midwifery staff in the emergency department.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient experience and outcomes in emergency medicine.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Lead the development and implementation of nursing and midwifery policies and procedures in emergency medicine.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and national standards for emergency care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Trust's nursing and midwifery strategy.
