Academy Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Landscape Construction team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and supervise direct and subcontracted staff to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard.
- Manage and allocate resources, including plant, equipment, vehicles, and materials, to optimize project efficiency.
- Oversee drainage and civil works, ensuring all installations meet design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Support Construction Managers in maintaining our Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
- Conduct safety and quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project management.
- Mentor and coach field team staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Inclusive support for 'The Race at Work Charter', 'Ban the Box', 'The Armed Forces Covenant', and 'Disability Confident' initiatives.
- Commitment to planting 1,000,000 trees, achieving a fully electric fleet, and working towards carbon net zero by 2025.
