Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our busy Landscape Construction team at Ground Control. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise direct and subcontracted staff on site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard.
- Manage and allocate resources, including plant, equipment, vehicles, and materials, to optimize project efficiency.
- Oversee drainage and civil works, ensuring all installations meet design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Support Construction Managers in maintaining our Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
- Conduct safety and quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project management.
- Complete site inspections and maintain accurate site records.
- Drive team performance and motivate staff to achieve high standards.
