Site Manager

Ground Control is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Landscape Construction team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing subcontracted labor on site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and supervise direct and subcontracted staff
- Manage and allocate resources, including plant, equipment, vehicles, and materials
- Oversee drainage and civil works, ensuring installations meet design specifications and regulatory requirements
- Support Construction Managers in line with our Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards
- Conduct safety and quality inspections and audits
- Communicate with clients and build relationships
- Maintain site records and conduct site inspections
- Mentor and coach field team staff
- 2 personal choice volunteering days with fundraising efforts matched up to £500
