We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our dynamic Landscape Construction team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise direct and subcontracted staff to achieve project goals.
- Manage resources, including plant, equipment, vehicles, and materials, to optimize project efficiency.
- Oversee drainage and civil works, ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Support Construction Managers in maintaining our Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
- Conduct safety and quality inspections and audits to ensure high standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project management.
- Maintain accurate site records and conduct regular site inspections.
- Drive team performance and motivate staff to achieve exceptional results.
- Mentor and coach field team staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
