職務内容


金融機関では、お客様の信用調査などのカスタマーサポートおよび部署内のスタッフへの秘書的業務を行うことが求められます。また、銀行の二国間取引先との間で合意に至った預金受入れやローン発行に関する連絡も実施します。クロスプロダクト取引を決済する際には顧客が希望するキャッシュフローを理解し、ネッティング取引についてバックオフィス部門に明確かつ簡潔な情報が提供されるよう実施する必要があります。また、管理情報の準備やリレーションシップ管理データベースの管理維持、正確なコンタクト詳細の記録、過去の見積もり情報の記録、潜在的取引に関する詳細な分析なども行います。


必要なスキルと資格


2 年以上の金融/銀行/証券/保険業界での経験があり、特にクレジットレーティングモニタリング経験者が優遇されます。また、高い統計知識・経験、高い PC スキル (MS-Access および MS-Excel)、母国語レベルの高い日本語力、会話レベル以上の英語力も必要です。さらに、募集国における就労可能なビザをお持ちの方のみご応募可能です。
