La Mer Expert - Travel Retail

La Mer, a renowned luxury skincare brand, is seeking an experienced La Mer Expert to join our team at Heathrow. As a La Mer Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting the La Mer brand, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Service: Provide personalized customer service, answer product-related questions, and make recommendations to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of La Mer products, including their features, benefits, and usage.
  • Clienteling: Build and maintain relationships with customers, capture their information, and provide personalized services to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including product displays and fixtures.
  • Administration: Complete administrative tasks, such as processing transactions, handling returns, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Previous Retail Experience: 1+ year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in the beauty or luxury goods industry.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of La Mer products and their features.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide personalized service to customers.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
