Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Ambassador to join our team at Heathrow Airport. As an Education Ambassador, you will play a key role in driving sales and developing our advisors through in-store coaching strategies, while working closely with the Sales & Education Executive to identify key areas for focus and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach teams in-store to achieve retail sales targets set by the company through the Sales & Education Executive.
  • Host on-counter education workshops to drive the sell-through of new launches/limited life collections/product priorities.
  • Achieve all KPIs as outlined by the brand.
  • Support and coach advisors to ensure they have the skills required to successfully achieve brand KPIs, such as AUS/IPT and cross-category selling techniques.
  • Lead by example through delivering exceptional luxury service levels at all times.
  • Plan and execute in-store events, aligned to the brand strategy, product priorities.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to specialists ensuring the event.
  • Track and report sales performance inline with the event to the Sales and Education Executive/Airport Co-ordinator.
  • Work alongside the counter manager to identify and address training opportunities in their team.
  • Create & maintain an in-store education plan per advisor.
  • Ensure consistency in the luxury experience accreditation programme.
  • Coach, motivate and evaluate team performance based on productivity.
  • Conduct strategic follow-up of all classroom education to ensure successful roll-out of training initiatives, including ELX & TRU content, to bolster and in-grain product knowledge.
  • Assist, as required, with the facilitation of core education programmes.
  • Identify locally relevant education opportunities to develop talent and capability with our advisors through regular monitoring, feedback and reporting.
  • Conduct training for agency usage, to support with promotions, events during launches and/or high-traffic moments.

Requirements:

  • While a qualification in training and coaching techniques within beauty is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise within a retail environment.
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service, conduct Estee Lauder "Travel Beautiful" services which include skincare consultations and make-up application.
  • Coach Estee Lauder advisors and highlight training needs where appropriate to develop individual skillset.
  • Host on-counter education workshops to drive retail.
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Previous experience with Excel & PowerPoint preferred.
