Job Title: Travel Retail Ambassador

At Estee Lauder - Brand, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Retail Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our sales and education team, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing our advisors through in-store coaching strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach teams in-store to achieve retail sales targets set by the company.
  • Host on-counter education workshops to drive the sell-through of new launches and limited-life collections.
  • Achieve all KPIs as outlined by the brand.
  • Support and coach advisors to ensure they have the skills required to successfully achieve brand KPIs.
  • Lead by example through delivering exceptional luxury service levels at all times.
  • Plan and execute in-store events aligned to the brand strategy and product priorities.
Requirements:
  • Qualification in training and coaching techniques within beauty is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
  • Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
