Travel Retail Opportunity at Estée Lauder

As an Education and Sales Ambassador, you will play a key role in driving sales and developing our advisors through in-store coaching strategies. You will work closely with the Sales & Education Executive to identify key areas for focus and development, and lead by example in executing the Estée Lauder brand visions and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach teams in-store to achieve retail sales targets set by the company.
  • Host on-counter education workshops to drive the sell-through of new launches and limited-life collections.
  • Achieve all KPIs as outlined by the brand.
  • Support and coach advisors to ensure they have the skills required to successfully achieve brand KPIs.
  • Lead by example through delivering exceptional luxury service levels at all times.
  • Plan and execute in-store events aligned to the brand strategy and product priorities.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in training and coaching techniques within beauty is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
