Clinique Travel Retail Opportunity

Join Clinique as a Travel Retail Consultant and contribute to the success of our Heathrow T5 account. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving personal objectives and promoting Clinique's image and reputation to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retail Sales: Achieve targets set by the Company and maintain a thorough understanding of the Brand and product.
  • Measures: Track and report on sales performance, including target achievement, A£S, IPT, MOB%, and Skin School service completion.
  • Merchandising: Preserve merchandising displays, ensure counter hygiene standards, and adhere to Brand guidelines.
  • Education: Complete self-learning of e-learning modules, build relationships with agency partners, and offer high-touch personalized Clinique Travel Retail services to customers.
Requirements:
  • Adhere to appearance guidelines and personal standards.
  • Possess a passion for the Clinique Brand.
  • Ability to learn quickly and be compliant in nature.
  • Effective communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and self-motivated.
  • Previous experience in retail and management within similar roles.
  • Ability to work Travel Retail hours, including 4am starts, evenings, weekends, and special events.
