Overview of Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Jaguar Land Rover dealership as a Sales Specialist. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience, developing and maintaining comprehensive brand product knowledge, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Is passionate about developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our luxury vehicles.
  • Has a proven track record of success in a sales role, ideally within a premium automotive brand.
  • Has experience working within established brand standards and guidelines to maintain and uphold brand reputation.
  • Is a collaborative and supportive team player with high levels of ownership.
  • Is process-driven and has experience working within a strict compliance framework.
