As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance profitability
  • Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice and recommendations
  • Conduct follow-up calls related to divisional marketing campaigns
  • Ensure systems are up to date in accordance with database protocols and guidelines

Requirements

  • Previous customer-facing experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with customers
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft packages and database experience
  • Able to adhere to company and manufacturer policies and protocols
  • Passion for the industry, the people who work in it, and the people we serve
