Job Title: Bookings Advisor

At Stratstone Jaguar Land Rover Slough, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bookings Advisor to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating outstanding customer confidence in the aftersales service offered by Stratstone by ensuring a professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise aftersales profitability by converting predicted service and routine maintenance event call leads into booked retail hours.
  • Operate as a key member of the service team working together to achieve department targets.
  • Keep abreast of all Dealer and Brand offers to maximise customer retention and potential upsell opportunities.
  • Log all contact, bookings, and customer record amendments accurately on appropriate systems.
  • Use every calling opportunity to improve the customer database, establish and record customer contact preferences.
Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and organised individual with:

  • Previous experience in an Aftersales environment is preferable.
  • Good mechanical awareness or understanding of cars and parts.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Commitment to delivering an unparalleled level of customer service.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
