Salary: £45,000- £48,000 per annum (DOE) + Car Allowance
Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00)

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a mobile role with a preferred base in the Oxford area. The successful candidate will oversee multiple facilities, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of these sites, while delivering excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with standards.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance the quality of service delivery.
3. Conduct regular site visits to assess and maintain building standards and support facilities management teams.
4. Manage and mentor a team of facilities professionals to foster a productive working environment.
5. Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, while supporting health & safety initiatives.
6. Manage budgets effectively and drive cost efficiency without compromising service quality.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role, managing multiple sites.
2. Full UK Driving License – this role requires frequent travel.
