Salary

The salary for this role is approximately £138,000 - £153,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, we also offer a generous relocation package up to £8,000 and recruitment and retention premia up to £15,000 (T&Cs apply).

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Consultant Psychiatrist to join our community mental health services based at Grays Hall, Grays. The successful candidate will provide community services for patients referred to secondary mental health services from GP surgeries within 2 PCN areas of Stanford-le-Hope & Corringham and Tilbury & Chadwell.

Main Duties

The main duties of the job include:

  • Attending CMHT and PCN MDT meetings to discuss ongoing care of patients
  • Providing regular clinics to review patients via CPA process
  • Providing flexible emergency medical support for the teams patients
  • Working collaboratively with Primary Care

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • MB BS or equivalent medical qualification
  • Registration with the General Medical Council and on the Specialist Register
