Learning and Behaviour Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to join our team at Cra Group Limited. As an Educational Psychologist, you will work closely with schools and nurseries to support children's learning, behaviour, and social adjustment.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people. The successful candidate will have a degree in Educational Psychology or a related field and relevant certification or licensure as required by local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultation: Work with schools or nurseries concerned about a child's development.
- Assessment: Evaluate a child's progress and adjust management plans accordingly.
- Collaboration: Partner with teachers, student counsellors, and other professionals.
Requirements:
- Research-oriented: A strong inclination towards research and evidence-based practices.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Sensitivity, tact, and diplomacy in interactions.
Estimated Salary: £55,000 per annum.
