About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Care Assistant to join our care team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to a disabled gentleman with a full-time job. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care, cooking, and physical support.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude. A competitive salary starting at £25,000 per year, with potential to increase to £30,000+, is offered for this role. On-site parking and meals can be provided at a reduced rate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to the gentleman
  • Cook healthy meals and assist with meal planning
  • Assist with mobility and transfers
  • Maintain the gentleman's physical well-being
