Job Description

Position Overview:

The Key Account Manager is a critical role within the Alpha Fashion Group, responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key customers. This position requires a proactive approach to communication, strategic planning, and collaboration with internal teams to optimize service delivery.

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts to achieve designated sales targets for both existing and new accounts.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust and satisfaction.

Market Awareness:

  • Stay informed about competing products, discount structures, and market trends.
  • Conduct regular calls and meetings with business units to foster relationships and communicate strategies for key accounts.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with various business departments within the organization to sustain and enhance relationships with key accounts.

Reporting:

  • Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • More than 3 years of foreign trade sales experience, with a proven track record of developing or serving key accounts and familiarity with key account management processes.
  • Commercial judgment coupled with an ability to offer solutions to customer problems.
  • Degree level preferably in Fashion or Textiles.
