All enquiries are customer-initiated, and you will receive them directly from our websites. Our dedicated team will support you in this, and you will be supervised by an experienced sales manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice to clients and convert enquiries to policies over the phone
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of life insurance, critical illness, and income protection policies
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience
  • Strong but not essential knowledge of life insurance, critical illness, and income protection policies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of £25,000 per year, with an OTE of £60,000 (uncapped)
