- Be the point of contact for customers wishing to cancel or renew their subscriptions, providing timely and accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
- Achieve and exceed sales and retention targets, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and retention activities in our CRM system.
- 2+ years of experience working in customer service, sales, retention, or account management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Experience working in a contact or sales centre, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team, with a high level of organisational and time management skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service, and a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to overcome challenges and rejection.
