Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with prospective customers, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and education on our products and services.
  • Proactively reach out to new and existing customers to support their onboarding journey, assess satisfaction, and address any concerns.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer retention and reduce churn, analyzing data and making informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Be the point of contact for customers wishing to cancel or renew their subscriptions, providing timely and accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and retention targets, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and retention activities in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working in customer service, sales, retention, or account management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience working in a contact or sales centre, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team, with a high level of organisational and time management skills.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service, and a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to overcome challenges and rejection.
