We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager. This exciting role will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth and retention within the UK territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive growth and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the established account base
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed targets, converting marketing strategies into sales
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a target-based sales role selling Tech or SAAS solutions
- Proven track record of success in a high-pressure sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic salary of £45,000 - £50,000
- Realistic OTE of £90,000+ with an attractive commission structure
